The Zoning Hearing Board of Mifflin Township consists of 3 residents of the township appointed by Resolution of the Township Board of Supervisors.  The Township Supervisors may also appoint 2 alternate members to the Board to serve in the event of an absence or conflict of interest of a regular member.

The Zoning Hearing Board hears and decides appeals pursuant to the provisions of the PA Municipalities Planning Code, as amended and meets on an as-needed basis.
